How long does a team day take?
It depends on the assessments you choose and how many people are taking part. Contact our team with your group size and available window and we will map out a realistic schedule.
Does everyone need to be fit to take part?
No. Assessments such as DEXA scans and blood work require no physical effort, and testing like VO2 max can be included optionally for those who want it.
Can we run a team challenge afterward?
Yes. Many teams set goals after their baseline and book a retest a few months later so they can see what changed. Memberships add ongoing tracking in between.
Where do sessions take place?
Benchmark is based in Burlington, Ontario and serves clients across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area, including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Ajax, Oshawa, and nearby communities, as well as London, St. Catharines, Niagara, Buffalo, New York, and people who use our remote offerings. In-clinic assessments such as DEXA scans, VO2 max testing, and functional testing take place at our Burlington clinic. Blood work is completed remotely through Dynacare, and education sessions and results reviews can be delivered virtually so people outside the area can still take part.
