Common questions.
How many employees do we need to get started?
There is no fixed minimum. We build packages for small leadership teams as well as larger employee groups, and we will recommend a format that fits your headcount and budget.
Will we see our employees' health results?
No. Individual results are private and delivered directly to each employee through their personal Benchmark dashboard. Employers receive coordination and participation support, not personal health data.
Can employees continue with Benchmark after the program?
Yes. Corporate wellness packages can include memberships from the start, or employees can continue with a Foundation, Lifestyle, or Performance membership after their initial assessments.
Do employees come together or on their own time?
Corporate Wellness is designed as an employee benefit. Your company sponsors the plan, and employees can book individually on their own time using the remote or in-person format included in the package.
Where do sessions take place?
Benchmark is based in Burlington, Ontario and serves clients across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area, including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Ajax, Oshawa, and nearby communities, as well as London, St. Catharines, Niagara, Buffalo, New York, and people who use our remote offerings. In-clinic assessments such as DEXA scans, VO2 max testing, and functional testing take place at our Burlington clinic. Blood work is completed remotely through Dynacare, and education sessions and results reviews can be delivered virtually so people outside the area can still take part.

How is a custom package priced?
