Family sessions let parents, partners, and adult family members complete their assessments in one coordinated visit. Everyone gets their own results, and your household gets a shared understanding of what to work on.

Best for: Families and multi-generational households
Format: One coordinated visit, individual results
Why Families Book Together
Families share meals, routines, and often risk factors. Measuring together makes prevention a household habit rather than an individual chore.
Understanding cardiovascular, metabolic, and body composition markers helps families act early rather than react later.
We schedule everyone together so the family completes assessments in a single trip instead of separate appointments.
Each adult family member receives their own physician-reviewed results, dashboard, and recommendations.
When the whole household is tracking sleep, activity, and nutrition, small changes are far easier to maintain.
What A Session Can Include
Family members often have different goals and different starting points, so packages are assembled per person.

Advanced blood work with 45+ included biomarkers
VO2 max testing for cardiorespiratory fitness
Functional testing for strength, balance, and power
Continuous glucose monitoring for metabolic feedback
Dashboards with sleep, activity, nutrition, and blood pressure tracking

FAQ
Benchmark assessments and memberships are designed for adults. If you are unsure whether a specific family member is a good fit, contact our team and we will let you know what is appropriate.
Yes. We build the package per person, so one family member might start with a DEXA scan while another adds blood work, VO2 max, or functional testing.
No. Every adult receives their own private dashboard and physician review. Families are welcome to discuss results together, but nothing is shared automatically.
In-clinic assessments such as DEXA scans, VO2 max testing, and functional testing take place at our Burlington, Ontario clinic. Blood work is completed remotely through Dynacare, and education sessions and results reviews can be delivered virtually so people outside the area can still take part.
Pricing depends on the assessments you choose, the number of people taking part, and whether you want ongoing membership access afterward. Tell us your group size, goals, and timing, and we will put together a package and quote for you.
