Common questions.
Can you run the experience at our venue?
Education sessions and Q&A can be delivered at your workplace, event venue, or virtually. Assessments that require clinical equipment, such as DEXA scans, take place at our Burlington clinic, and we can coordinate visits around your event.
How far in advance should we book?
Earlier is better, particularly for larger events, because scheduling assessments and physician availability takes coordination. Contact our team with your date and we will tell you what is possible.
What do attendees walk away with?
That depends on the format. At minimum, attendees leave with practical physician-led education. If assessments are included, they also receive their own results through a personal Benchmark dashboard and clearer next steps for improving their health.
Where does Benchmark serve?
Benchmark is based in Burlington, Ontario and serves clients across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area, including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Ajax, Oshawa, and nearby communities, as well as London, St. Catharines, Niagara, Buffalo, New York, and people who use our remote offerings. In-person assessments are completed at the Burlington clinic, while blood work, education, results reviews, and follow-up can support clients across the region.
How is a custom package priced?
Pricing depends on the assessments you choose, the number of people taking part, and whether you want ongoing membership access afterward. Tell us your group size, goals, and timing, and we will put together a package and quote for you.
