How to export your WHOOP data:

  1. In your WHOOP mobile app, click "More" along the bottom navigation bar

  2. Click "App Settings" > "Data Export" > "Create Export"

  3. You’ll receive your data via email from WHOOP

  4. Forward that email to hello@mybenchmarkhealth.com 

How to cancel your WHOOP Trial:

You must cancel your WHOOP Trial before the end-date or you’ll be charged for a 1-year membership (approx. $320 CAD). 

To confirm your end date & cancel your Trial:

  1. In WHOOP's web-based app, go to "Membership"

  2. Confirm your Trial end date or “next billing date”

  3. Scroll to the bottom and click "Return strap and cancel membership"

  4. Receive your shipping label via email from WHOOP

  5. Return your WHOOP + charger + charging cord

    IMPORTANT NOTES:

    • Send them back within 7 days after your cancellation

    • Use only the specific mailing label you received (don’t send more than one return in a single envelope)
